The mask is as old as human culture. Magic and witchcraft, faith and religion, war and peace, love and hate, are all entwined in this unique object. At times, the mask enhances, sometimes it blurs, and it always distinguishes those who use it. The golden mask is unique in copying the wearer’s features onto the material. On the one hand, it is a death mask, on the other, it is head-jewelry, hinting at the facial features of its wearer.
